StatefulWidgets can hold the current state of a Widget. When a widget needs to hold some state like a current page in PageView, the currently selected tab in a BottomNavigationBar, Stateful widgets are the right choice to make. As the name states, it doesn’t change its state when an action is performed on the screen.Ĭheck out the short video series, and it’s documentation by Google to explore in-depth (I’m attaching the first video in the series). Stateless Widgets are those whose state doesn’t change like a button or an image.
